EEG (Electroencephalograph) is the recording of brain electrical activity. It has numerous diagnostic and
research application in the study of brain. The main objective of the project is to build a telemetry system for
EEG. Multichannel EEG instrumentation can be prohibitively expensive for research purpose. The purpose
of the study is to design and implement a cost effective Arduino-based EEG amplifier system and transmit the
EEG through radio transceiver. The project consists of two phases. The first phase consists of designing the
EEG amplifier using IC INA118 due to its cost efficiency and Medical applications. The second phase is
designing a telemetry system using radio frequency waves which would transmit and receive up to one
kilometer. ARDUINO MEGA 2560 is used for analog to digital conversions. Thus EEG digitalized output can
be transmitted wirelessly.

Regime of flow and migration rate is an important factor to estimate the rate of sediment transport and
identify the various shape of bed form geometry in natural Channels. It is also observed that as sediment
transport are totally dependent on regimes of flow and its occurrence in natural as well as in laboratory
channel is very difficult to predict. This experimental study is devoted to examine the flow regime
characteristics over sediment beds in open channel and also investigated the regimes of flow affected by the
sediment movement. It comprises a series of flume experiments on sediment bed of median size, d50= 0.38 mm
and 0.75 mm. In each set of experimental run the bed-form characteristics are examined. The experimental
results are compared with the various flow regime relationships to explore the impact of sediment movement.
Also, the bed-form migrations were studied for different flow conditions. Experimental investigations were
carried out with velocity measurements by a Pitot tube.

Safety and security are the two important things in everyone’s life in today’s scenario. More and more
organizations are moving towards cloud network as they find it very difficult to maintain the records. But,
reducing the duty comes with lot of other problems. The first and the foremost being the data security.
Exposing important data to the third-party providers makes it difficult for the organization because nothing
can be maintained as a secret. There may be many chances of hacking too. There are many ways where the
privacy is disturbed when it comes to the data security in cloud. These are the problems that must be dealt
with when it comes to data security in cloud.

Low power is a big concern for any electronic device in the modern world. The Delay Locked Loop (DLL)
clock generators play a vital role in clock generator circuits, due to the low jitter accumulation and stability
in the output. The proposed Double Edge Triggering (DET) for DLL clock generators reduces the power
consumption on the clock network. The DLL is designed using single phase clocking scheme which
minimizes the delay deviation and phase errors. The clock generator is designed to operate at a frequency
of 500MHZ. The analysis is made between single edge triggered DLL and double edge triggered DLL and
the power consumed is found to be 5.328mW and 3.43mW respectively using 65nm CMOS process.

Expansive soil causes serious problems on civil engineering structures due to its tendency of swelling when
it is in contact with water and shrinks when it is dry out .The evaluation involves the determination of the
swelling potential of expansive soil in its natural state as well as in varying proportions of marble dust and
solid waste (from 0% to 30%). Addition of marble waste and dust decreases liquid limit, plastic index and
shrinkage index, increase plastic limit and shrinkage limit. Also experimental result shows that swelling
percentage decreases and rate of swell increases with increase percentage of marble dust in expensive soil.
The environmental degradation due to marble mining is much less than the environmental degradation
caused by the waste from marble processing plants.

Every manufacturing organization is concerned with the quality of its products, while it is very important that
quality requirements be satisfied and production schedules be met. It is equally important that the finished
product meets established specification, because customer’s satisfaction is derived from quality products
and services. Customers are the source of income to manufacturing and service companies. So customer's
relation is important in Quality Management. Since income of the company is direct function of
customer satisfaction, a lot of studies have been devoted to effects of quality on customer satisfaction.
In September 2000, ISO compulsory formally introduced IS0 9001:2000, which may make the entire previous
certificate redundant. This paper highlights the case study of ISO 9001:2000 in an Indian automobile
industry.

To assure the quality, one has to ensure the
quality. To ensure the quality it is important to
make systematic control at each and every stage
and also to take critical review of efforts and
achievement of the company with respect to
quality of product. For making systematic
controls, co-ordination of every employee is
needed, since quality on every person working
within the organization. Every employee's
involvement is utmost important in
understanding the problems, finding solution
and implementing them, all these action would
lead to maintain and improve quality of the
product and reliability. The manufacturer can
assure the quality of its product and can guarantee
its performance with full confidence, sound
quality assurance system thus helps to
maintain/improve the quality in the products and
hence the reputation of the firm and better
customer relations. Poor assurance quality
system results in a production of products that
are poor in and reliability system

Materials used for food packaging today consist of a variety of petroleum-derived plastic polymer, metals,
glass, paper and board, or combinations thereof. Among these packaging materials, plastic is found to be the
best because of its long life properties. Thus, its utilization is increasing every day. However, plastics cannot
be degraded by natural processes in a short period of time; therefore, they are left as plastic waste, causing
environmental problems. Methods normally used to destroy other types of waste such as burning and
burying are not suitable for plastic destruction. In response to these problems associated with plastic waste
management, there has been considerable interest in the development and production of biodegradable
plastics. The study aims to produce biodegradable plastic using cassava starch as its main component.
Cassava and rubber seeds were obtained from Aluu and Omagwa villages in River state. The cassava tubers
and rubber seeds oil were processed to obtain the starch and rubber seed oil respectively. The starch (filler)
was mixed with water, rubber seed oil (cross linking agent), glycerol (plasticizer), and polyvinyl alcohol
(binder). The mixture was heated at a temperature of 105 0C. Two different preparations were made by
varying the starch, water, RSO and glycerol content mixture. The first preparation contained 50 grams
starch, 50.0 grams water, 50.0 grams PVA, 10.0grams RSO, and 10.0 grams glycerol for the first batch .The
mixture was stirred until it forms a thick sticky paste. The paste was then coagulated and passed through a
two row mill. The resulting plastics and the polyethylene plastic which served as the control were cut into
strips of equal dimensions (100 by 23 mm) for testing. The tensile strength test for the two different batches
respectively were found to be 20.56 N/mm2
and 12.28 N/mm2
, while the polyethylene plastic was found to
be 11.22 N/mm2
. The biodegradability test after burying the products for two weeks before unearthing
revealed that the samples have biodegraded by reduction in dimensions; 22 by 12mm, and 28 by 15 for the
two different batches respectively as against 100 by 23mm dimension for the polyethylene control which
remain unchanged. The plastic produced showed biodegradability potential. It is therefore recommended
that more work should be done in this field, especially in Nigeria so that we can have cleaner nations by
reducing the conventional plastic waste in the environment.

There are different types of marble wastes produced at quarrying sites such as wastes generated during
quarrying, wastes generated during processing, organic solid waste and inorganic solid wastes. Different
types of wastes can be used in different types of works such as in building works, road works, in different
ceramic works, Ready mix concrete, and cement industries. The wastes are dumped on land and the dust is
airborne by the wind and makes air pollution in environment. Marble slurry affects the soil fertility and
reduces them. Here in this paper author has suggested to use in concrete works. It will solve double
purpose; it will reduce the cost of construction and will save the environment. Addition of marble wastes
does not affect the strengths of structures also.
