The objective of this concept is to generate electric power from windmill and solar panel and
synchronizing with EB power supply. Nowadays power demand is increased highly so need the alternate
power source it is very useful to generate the electrical power from natural resources in order to
compensate the electric power demand. The hybrid power generation is a new innovative concept which
have designed in this project. It is one of the non conventional energy; here generating the power supply
from the natural resources and also during un availability of natural resources the EB power supply is used
for the load and excessive generation of solar, wind mill supply is exported to the grid of the EB supply at
any voltage level. This project is designed with the following parts are wind mill arrangement, solar panel,
dynamo, rectifier, filter andbattery and connected to the Electricity Board supply.

Wireless sensor network is the group of sensor nodes that may be in a well-defined manner or may be in
any fashion performs the function related to the environment by sensing the environment through sensor
nodes and transfer the data forward to the sink for taking the necessary decisions. Due to the random and
thickly distributed it is difficult to recharge or to replace the battery of a node or even the node. For this
reason the major design challenge for this is the energy efficient for these networks. In this paper a new
approach of selecting the cluster head for sending the data to the base station has been proposed. The
selection of cluster head is based on the distance between the nodes and that value is updated into the
routing table of the target node. Then the residual energy is considered for the selection of cluster head .
then the packet loss is taken into the consideration if the nodes are having same residual energy and at last
he trust factor is taken into the consideration for the selection of cluster head .The performance of
proposed algorithm compared with other known algorithm is shown .

Vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) are the leading application of mobile ad hoc networks (MANET)
where the nodes in the network of inter vehicular communication will be replaced by moving vehicles. In
emerging vehicle-to-vehicle communication, many new applications such as infotainment services are
being proposed by researchers. Nevertheless, these networks come with the issues of link stability based
on their high inherent mobility scenarios. This paper survey the various techniques related to the cluster
based routing in vehicle to vehicle communication for information dissemination.

Lately, suggestion frameworks have seen noteworthy development in the field of information designing.
The majority of the current proposal frameworks construct their models in light of community oriented
separating approaches that make them easy to actualize. In any case, execution of the greater part of the
current shared sifting based proposal framework endures because of the difficulties, for example, (a) cool
begin, (b) information inadequacy, and (c) adaptability. Also, proposal issue is regularly portrayed by the
vicinity of numerous clashing goals or choice variables, for example, clients' inclinations and venue
closeness. In this paper, we proposed MobiContext, a half and half cloud-based Bi-Objective
Recommendation Framework (BORF) for versatile interpersonal organizations. The MobiContext uses
multi-target enhancement procedures to create customized suggestions. To deliver the issues relating to
icy begin and information scantiness, the BORF performs information pre-handling by utilizing the HubAverage (HA) surmising model. Additionally, the Weighted Sum Approach (WSA) is actualized for scalar
advancement and a transformative calculation (NSGA-II) is connected for vector streamlining to give
ideal recommendations to the clients around a venue. The aftereffects of thorough analyses on a huge scale
genuine dataset affirm the exactness of the proposed suggestion structur

We reviewed the developments in segregation, convection and pattern formation in horizontally vibrated
granular systems which are important for the improvement of several industrial developments, such as
agriculture, mining, pharmaceutical, geo-sciences, civil engineering etc. The most of previous theoretical
and experimental research works were focused on vertical vibration direction; only limited studies explored
the horizontally vibrated granular systems. Segregation, convection and pattern formation in horizontally
vibrated systems are complex phenomena. Size ratio, particle properties, energy input, vibrational direction
and boundary conditions are all playing significant roles. Several studies have been performed but
extensive experiments and theoretical models are still mandatory to attain the firm explanations of these
phenomena. Progresses in simulation software, novel analytical models and innovative experimental
methods are desirable to sustain developments on these issues

International Journal of Emerging Trends in Science and Technology, Vol. 4 No. 11 (2017), 1 November 2017 , Page 6338-6343

Pediatric nurses are those nurses which care for children belonging to all age groups in a variety of
healthcare settings. They possess ample knowledge about growth and development, as they are mainly
involved in all round development of the child. Also, they include family members in their efforts to care
for their child. Being a paediatric nurse is a highly satisfying, yet an extremely demanding career. Apart
from high empathy and sensitivity skills a person should possess excellent communication skills so as
form a close bond with the child. One of the main aspect of the job is understanding what the child is
trying to say. Interpreting a child's behaviour forms the crux of the job as they often won't be explain
clearly what or how they are feeling.
Not only this job requires patience, but dedication also. It gets ramified many times when we include the
concept of culturally sensitive care. Cultural attributes of children and families, including race, ethnicity,
language, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability, and socioeconomic status etc will always be a
matter of great importance and the attending nurse has to be understanding to them so as to be able to
provide effective healthcare. This paper effectively highlights how being culturally sensitive, can quickly
form a deeper bond between the attending nurse and the patient and aid in quicker recovery. Thus, making
the nurses more tolerant towards different ethnicities and cultures by training programmes will benefit the
community in the long run.

International Journal of Emerging Trends in Science and Technology, Vol. 4 No. 11 (2017), 1 November 2017 , Page 6344-6348

The labeling of a graph, we mean assign some integers to the vertices or edges (or both) of the graph. Here
the vertices of the graph are labeled with oblong numbers and the edges are labeled with mean of the
absolute difference of the end vertex values. Here the greatest common incidence number (gcin) of a
vertex of degree greater than one is defined as the greatest common divisor of the labels of the incident
edges. If the gcin of each vertex of degree greater than one is 1, then the graph admits oblong difference
mean prime labeling. Here we investigate some planar graphs for oblong difference mean prime labeling.

Children are valuable asset of every Country because they are the future citizen of State. It is also the
responsibilities of the Government to see that they grow up as responsible citizens. The people of India
belief that children are a boon of God and no efforts should be made to oppose successfully his blessings.
The economically weaker sections believe that more children they bear the more the helping hands there
would be. But they do not realize the fact that there would also be an additional mouth to feed with every
additional child, The result is that children lead a life of deprivation and are left to fend for themselves and
sometimes even for their families. In the absence of proper childhood and education, they often take to
immoral ways to sustain themselves.

A function f : V(D) → {−1, 1} is a signed total dominating function (STDF) of a directed graph D, if
forevery vertex v ∈ V, (
( )) ∑ ∈ ( ) ( ) . A STDF of a directed graph D is said to be
SETDF iffor every vertex v ∈ V, (
( )) = 1 when |
( )| is odd and (
( )) = 2 when |
( )| is
even. Westudy some properties of signed total domatic number (D) in directed circulant graphs. We
characterizesome classes of directed circulant graphs for which ( ) =
